Designed for welding similar composition metals such as 316, 316L, 304, and 304L, as well as joining mild and low alloy materials .The low carbon content ensures resistance to carbide precipitation and intergranular corrosion when welding low carbon stainless steel grades. Higher silicon levels provide improved arc stability, bead shape, and edge wetting . Widely used for stainless steel MIG welding applications, with a precision layer wound wire and 5kg spool. Easy to start and feed without risk of carbide precipitation, with improved weld edge wetting thanks to higher silicon content. Suitable for all welding positions and commonly used in food and water processing equipment, filtration plants, and general stainless steel fabrications.
