125mm x 6mm Mild-Steel Pipeline Wheel Brush

This 125mm x 6mm Mild-Steel Pipeline Wheel Brush is designed with the professional in mind. With a maximum RPM of 20,000 and 40 knots per wheel, it provides optimum performance on 125mm/5" Angle Grinders and can also be used on 180/230mm grinders. The coarse twist knot steel wire ensures fast removal of slag, spatter, and oxidization, making it ideal for pipeline weld bead cleaning, including during root pass, inter-pass, and hot pass operations. Its narrow 6mm face allows for effective cleaning in V-joints and corners, while the 22mm bore/arbor makes it compatible with 5", 7", or 9" angle grinders. With more wire per brush, this brush offers a longer brush life, faster work rate, and increased production efficiency.
