Holemaker Uni Shank Gold Series AT4825 Annular Cutter 48mm × 25mm

The Holemaker Uni Shank Gold Series Annular Cutter features a Titanium Nitride coating for increased tool life. This coating provides several benefits, such as a surface hardness of 85HRC and a ceramic surface that reduces friction by up to 30%. In addition, the M2AL High Speed Steel material with a hardness of 67.5 HRC and a step hardened process increase the endurance and performance of the cutting edge. The multi-cut geometry ensures smooth and fast cutting, while the fully ground design with internal relief allows for reamed quality, burr-free holes and reduces torque and horsepower requirements. With a universal 19.05mm (¾”) shank and two flat sections, this cutter is suitable for most magnetic base drilling machines.

FEATURES

TITANIUM NITRIDE COATING
The Titanium Nitride coating significantly increases tool life by providing:

• Increased surface hardness to 85HRC
• A ceramic surface that reduces friction by up to 30%
• Resistance to cold welding
• Suitability for cutting a wide range of materials

M2AL HIGH SPEED STEEL MATERIAL
M2AL High Speed Steel is a high-alloy material with a hardness of up to 67.5 HRC, designed for increased cutting-edge endurance and tool life.

STEP HARDENED PROCESS
This state-of-the-art manufacturing process produces cutters with extremely hard tooth tips for increased performance while maintaining a softer body that is less susceptible to breakage than standard high-speed steel cutters.

MULTI-CUT GEOMETRY
Provides smooth, fast cutting with decreased chatter. It also improves swarf removal and helps enhance centring.

FULLY GROUND WITH INTERNAL RELIEF
Allows Holemaker cutters to produce reamed-quality, burr-free holes while helping reduce torque and horsepower requirements.

UNIVERSAL SHANK
19.05mm (¾”) universal shank with two flat sections to suit most magnetic base drilling machines.
