The Holemaker Uni Shank Gold Series Annular Cutter features a Titanium Nitride coating for increased tool life. This coating provides several benefits, such as a surface hardness of 85HRC and a ceramic surface that reduces friction by up to 30%. In addition, the M2AL High Speed Steel material with a hardness of 67.5 HRC and a step hardened process increase the endurance and performance of the cutting edge. The multi-cut geometry ensures smooth and fast cutting, while the fully ground design with internal relief allows for reamed quality, burr-free holes and reduces torque and horsepower requirements. With a universal 19.05mm (¾”) shank and two flat sections, this cutter is suitable for most magnetic base drilling machines.

This state of the art manufacturing process produces cutters with extremely hard tooth tips for increased cutter performance, while maintaining a softer body which is less susceptible to breakage than standard high speed steel cutters.

MULTI-CUT GEOMETRY.
Provides smooth and fast cutting, with decreased chatter. This also increases the cutters ability to remove swarf away from the cut, and helps to enhance centering.

FULLY GROUND WITH INTERNAL RELIEF.
This feature allows Holemaker cutters to produce reamed quality, burr-free holes, and also helps to reduce torque and horsepower requirements.
