The 3M Speedglas 9100XXi auto-darkening filter (500026) is a Swedish-made replacement for the Speedglas 9100 welding helmet series, combining Auto-On technology with True-View for enhanced colour accuracy and contrast. Its 73 × 107 mm viewing area, 1/1/1 optical classification, advanced TST (TIG Sensor Technology) detection down to 1 amp and central photo-sensor support TIG welding. It offers dark shades 5, 8 and 9–13 with a light shade of 3 (AS/NZS1338.1), plus settings for Weld, Cut, Grind, Hidden Arc, Outdoor, Passive and Tack. External-button access to grinding and memory modes is only available with 9100, 9100 QR and 9100 Air welding helmets.
