These 2% thoriated tungsten electrodes offers excellent arc starts and a high current carrying capacity. With a low rate of consumption, these electrodes minimize arc wandering and decrease the risk of weld contamination. They are particularly effective for DC electrode negative (straight polarity) on carbon and stainless steel, nickel, and titanium.
