The Rutile type flux coating makes operation easy and provides an excellent weld bead appearance. These electrodes are suitable for common 300 series stainless steels, such as 301, 302, 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. They are classified as AWS A5.4 E316L-16 and can be used in flat, horizontal, vertical up, and overhead welding positions.
